Highly efficient at removing odors, 99% of dissolved salts, bacteria, and other microorganisms, as well as various particulate impurities larger than 0.2µm from raw water; preventing impurities and scale from clogging water supply pipes and various precision analytical instruments, ensuring water safety for all pipes and instruments, and guaranteeing the accuracy of experimental data.
4. The medical ultrapure water system uses a programmable logic controller (PLC) + touchscreen for automatic control and possesses a "Software Copyright Registration Certificate for Pure Water Machine Control and Remote Monitoring System" recognized by the State Intellectual Property Office. The entire system is microcomputer-controlled, and the process flow, operating status of each component, and real-time values of water quality, flow rate, and pressure are displayed online via a touchscreen. The control system features automatic operation functions, including automatic water production, automatic flushing, and automatic shutdown when the raw water is low or the tank is full. The system also has a manual function for manual control.
5. The medical ultrapure water system features self-test upon startup, low water alarm protection, automatic reset after power failure, automatic shutdown when the tank is full, high water pressure protection, and overload protection. Emergency control measures: Automatic and manual modes can be switched between each other, and several modes can be operated in coordination to ensure normal water production.
