Product Description
The 80 kHz Ultrasonic Cleaner is a precision cleaning system designed for delicate and high-precision components. Working Principle
The ultrasonic generator converts electrical power into 80 kHz high-frequency electrical signals. Ultrasonic transducers attached to the tank convert these signals into mechanical vibrations. These vibrations create microscopic cavitation bubbles in the cleaning liquid.
When the bubbles collapse, they release micro-energy jets that remove contaminants from surfaces, grooves, holes, and complex structures.
