Recovery Time for Household/Small-scale RO Pure Water Systems

Basic Recovery Process: After cleaning, produce water for 15 minutes, then rinse for 3 minutes. The entire process takes approximately 18–25 minutes to produce compliant water.

Key Indicators: The TDS value must be stable at ≤15ppm, with fluctuations not exceeding 2ppm in three consecutive measurements.

Influencing Factors: If the raw water TDS >500ppm or the water temperature <5℃, the system will automatically extend its self-check time to 45–70 minutes to ensure water quality safety.

 

Recovery Cycle for Industrial/Laboratory Grade Systems

After Chemical Cleaning: Multiple rounds of rinsing and passivation are required. Operation can generally be restored within 2–4 hours, but complete performance stabilization requires 12–24 hours. After CIP in-situ cleaning: Following alkaline washing, acid washing, and rinsing with high-purity water, the resistivity needs to be monitored to recover to 18.2 MΩ·cm, which typically takes 3–6 hours.

After microbial contamination treatment: If system-level disinfection is performed, it is recommended to run the system empty for 8 hours before putting it into use to ensure a sterile state.
