Below are the key points for the daily maintenance of ultrasonic cleaners. Generally speaking, its maintenance is no different from that of other machines. However, during use, we should pay attention to many issues that cannot be ignored, which are also worthy of attention. Only by making full use of ultrasonic cleaners can we ensure their normal operation.
1. During the cleaning process, we should pay attention to many things, especially preventing water from splashing into the air inlet at the top of the ultrasonic control cabinet, otherwise it will cause serious damage to the cleaning machine's circuit system;
2. When storing, keep the machine clean and turn off the power when not in use;
3. Our machine is not impact-resistant, so avoid collisions or violent vibrations during use;
4. High temperatures are bad for electronic components and circuits, so keep it away from heat sources;
5. In addition to keeping it away from heat sources, avoid placing the machine in a humid environment;
6. The machine should not operate continuously for more than 4 hours. If continuous operation is required for an extended period: rotate the ultrasonic adjustment knob to the "0" position to allow the cooling fan to continue running. With the ultrasonic cleaning function off, allow the machine to cool continuously inside the ultrasonic control cabinet for at least 2 minutes;
7. For cleaning machines that have been running for a long time, before stopping, first adjust the power knob to the zero position, run the fan for 3-6 minutes, and then turn it off to ensure heat dissipation from the power supply.
