The maintenance and care of an ultrasonic cleaning machine should focus on three aspects: daily operation, regular inspection, and fault prevention. Specific methods are as follows:

Daily Operation Procedures

Cleaning Solution Management

Choose a neutral or weakly alkaline cleaning agent to avoid corrosion from strong acids and alkalis.

After each use, thoroughly drain any residual liquid to prevent sedimentation and blockage of the transducer or pipes. It is recommended to change the cleaning solution weekly.

The liquid level must cover the items being cleaned and not exceed the maximum capacity. Never start the machine without liquid.

Equipment Cleaning

After use, wipe the tank and machine body with a soft cloth promptly, keeping them ventilated and dry to prevent moisture damage to the circuitry or rust on metal parts.

Regularly clean the bottom of the tank to prevent debris from affecting ultrasonic wave transmission.

Regular Maintenance Points

Electrical Inspection

Monthly test the transducer insulation resistance with a megohmmeter (must be >30 megohms). If moisture is found, dry the transducer.

Inspect the power cord, plug, and grounding device to prevent aging or poor contact.

Component Maintenance:

Check the fit between the transducer and the tank. If there is detachment or perforation on the vibrating surface, return the equipment to the factory for repair.

Industrial equipment should avoid overloading. Control the single cleaning time (3-10 minutes) and temperature (≤60℃).

Common Fault Prevention:

Poor Cleaning Effect: Adjust the frequency (high frequency for precision parts, low frequency for heavy workpieces), and distribute the workpieces more evenly.

No Ultrasonic Output: Check the transducer connections, fuses, and control board status.

Abnormal Noise: Ensure the equipment is placed horizontally and replace worn vibration damping pads.

Seasonal Maintenance Recommendations: Increase dehumidification during the rainy season; preheat the cleaning solution to above 20℃ before starting in winter.
